Air Conditioning Services

TAG Mobile Aircon provides mobile vehicle air conditioning servicing and regassing. Air conditioning work is carried out based on the condition of the vehicle and A/C system at the time of our visit. We cannot guarantee that an A/C system will remain leak-free or fault-free after a service where an underlying, intermittent or future fault develops.

TAG Mobile Aircon accepts no liability for future leaks, faults or failures that are unrelated to the work we have carried out. This may include issues arising from accidents or vehicle damage, poor road conditions or impact damage, natural wear and tear, subsequent leaks, A/C compressor faults, electrical or mechanical faults, or components that have not been repaired or replaced by TAG Mobile Aircon.

Existing & Future Faults

An air conditioning regas does not constitute a repair of every component within the vehicle's air conditioning system. If the system develops a fault after a regas due to an unrelated component, leak, compressor failure or other mechanical/electrical problem, additional diagnosis or repair may be required.

Losses & Additional Costs

To the extent permitted by law, TAG Mobile Aircon will not be responsible for indirect or consequential costs resulting from an unrelated or subsequent vehicle fault, including vehicle rental, alternative transport or breakdown recovery costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered where required by applicable consumer law or where otherwise agreed by TAG Mobile Aircon.

Changes to These Terms

TAG Mobile Aircon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will be published on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
